We make all of your payroll tax deposits on time.

When we process your payroll, we make sure that your payroll taxes are submitted directly to the United States Treasury. You never have to worry if the tax deposits were made and if they receive your money.

Over the years, there have been many instances in which payroll companies withheld the employee and employer payroll taxes only to find out that they had never remitted them to the IRS. In these instances, the employer had to pay the IRS the shortfall which was stolen by the payroll company.

Payroll plans: How much does all of this cost?

Payroll 1:

The IRS requires that all owners of S Corporation businesses be paid a reasonable wage for the services they perform for the business. The temptation that business owner have is not to officially pay themselves, but rather tax distributions from the business.

These distributions, since they are not processed as payroll, do not include remittance of payroll taxes.This practice is not in compliance with the IRS tax code. The IRS requires that the small business owner pay themselves, and remit the associated payroll taxes to the US Treasury.

To make this process simple, we have established "Payroll 1". For a $45 per month fee, we will process 1 payroll check for the business owner, make the payroll tax deposit, and file all of the applicable payroll tax returns.
